From the onset, Darren Cahoon portrayed himself as the solution to my legal needs, a beacon of hope in a sea of busy legal professionals. However, as time unfolded, the initial sheen wore off, revealing a starkly different reality beneath. I embarked on this journey with Darren Cahoon due to limited options (the good lawyers were all taken) buoyed by his assurances of dedication and success. Yet, the discrepancies between promises made and actions taken became apparent.
Courtroom revelations and a lack of tangible proof of his efforts painted a picture far removed from the one he had initially sold me on. Doubts soon crept in. It seemed Darren Cahoon's interests lay not in my legal victory but rather in prolonging a lucrative engagement. My quest for justice turned into a draining cycle of increased fees with no end in sight. The feeling of betrayal, coupled with the frustration of being trapped in a seemingly endless legal charade, was overwhelming.
But as long as the money was flowing, the (empty) promises were non-stop.
The culmination of our association was as shocking as it was disheartening. Learning from the opposing counsel - in court, no less - that Darren Cahoon had abandoned my case for a more lucrative client was a blow that left me reeling. The silence that followed, save for demands for payment, added insult to injury, leaving me not only without representation but also devoid of closure. He never did answer for all the work that was billed and wasn't complete either. Only after the fact did I find out he wasn't ACTUALLY filing the paperwork as he was charging me for.
To those seeking legal representation, let my story serve as a cautionary tale. The allure of grand promises is no substitute for diligence and integrity.

And what a joke it is Darren using ‘integrity’ on his website, absolutely laughable!

What you'll lose dealing with him is far more than what you'll gain.

(Also notice how most of his GOOD reviews are from people with NO reviews... it's not that hard to make fake reviews these days, is it Darren?)

Through multiple phone calls, text messages, emails and video calls, Tom was exceptional when an offer was finally accepted. With a quick possession date, timelines crunched and several time zones difference, Tom was available outside of normal working hours and always ensured all our needs were properly met.
