Adam was super knowledgeable and efficient in resolving 2 claims our tenants had raised against us with the Toronto Rental Board. He far outclassed his rival paralegal and was able to get favorable judgements for us in both cases. He is highly recommended. You can reach out to me for the name of the rival paralegal to avoid as she was very rude, vindictive and ill-prepared. Mr. Adam Hamdani was referred to me by my Lawyer Naseem Mithowani. I was so much confused, depressed by my tenant. Tenant was not paying rent to me for months and not paying the bills and served T2 on me. Mr. Adam represented me in L1 and L2 application. With his professional approach, knowledge, dedication and excellent representation in the LTB court, we win the cases. He also set up Garnishment of wages in small court and the court decided in our favour. This was only happened by Mr Adam Hamdani's professional apporach. Just this morning Adam represented me against a ridiculous claim by my former landlords. I cannot emphasize how fantastic he was. He knew my case inside out. He's definitely a fighter and if you have a good case he will definitely fight for you. He had the prosecutors on the run and had them conceding within minutes of negotiations. Everything was reversed with the LTB and I feel that I had justice. Good to have him in your corner. Well Done Adam!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only was he impatient with me but even after I signed the documents needed and sent the retainer he turned me away. All because HE didn't communicate with me. I had done most of the communicating telling him when i got paid & when i was working and when he told me he wanted the info and retainer that morning (sent me an EMAIL, not a text not a call, at 7am, when I was already at work and I didn't see it until I was off work at 3pm) sent him everything he wanted at 3pm (a few hours after the deadline he had abruptly put on me after no warning) and I didn't hear back from him until the next day where he refused even though I had signed the contract and sent everything over MERE HOURS AFTER HE REQUESTED.
Guys a jerk. Don't waste your time.
