I recently put a house sale through them which went smoothly. But when I went to purchase a house the mortgage company wanted proof of funds. I could not locate my paperwork so contacted them for a copy. They couldn’t be bothered to help. In fact got attitude from Nicole. Too much hassle to pull the papers.

I Highly recommend this firm , I have dealt with Mr. Falkner for a couple million plus real-estate transactions now, as well as another financial issue -- All transactions went very smoothly, when they had not been your run of the mill case. - Mr. Falkner is very knowledgeable with clearly many years of experience dealing with complicated matters. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service level given by Mr. Falkner & the firm - They didn't keep me waiting for my appointment's , they where all right on time. I , would highly recommend the firm to anyone - The firm rates are very competitive for real-estate purchases & sales - as well as other matters.

This lawyer in sooke is not responsible
On Feb.27 I did call receptionist and ask to talk to lawer, she took my phone number and then nothing?
On Feb28, I called again and spoke to different female and ask to talk to lawyer, she took ph number and then nothing?
Then I asked my friend to call and take his phone number and nothing
Then on Feb .29, I did call again ask to talk to lawyer she took again my phone number and nothing?
Then, I called again March 1 and again no response?
It is a monkey business run in sooke? No respect people to call?
Maybe this lawyer just choose with whom to talk?
