DO NOT CONTACT THIS LAWYER FOR ANYTHING! Very disgusting how he acts and treats his so called client's when he is hired to do the job he excepted. Will not return emails, calls, will not investigate to fight for your case. Take money from low income ODSP families and leave them high and dry! Did not even prepare before our hearing, resheduled hearing in less than 3 weeks! This morning after asking him to help me file my applications again, telling him I already emailed the info to his assistant months ago, and what the board told me to file as evidence, he became pissed off immediately. Does not want to do anything and now has my money that I can't pay to anyone else. Definitely reporting him! Shame on you Chris Hall!!!

Chris I have no idea what you are trying to explain away, we waited for 3 hours, you were in other video cases. You asked maybe 3 questions of the other party, after her statement, you never got to do anything on our behalf. When asked if you could just upload the applications you said yes, and our first meeting we explained what we wanted to fight and to agreed and excepted. Told us to release our other representative, not that there was an issue with service!! ITS SIMPLE IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO WHAT A CLIENT IS INQUIRING ABOUT SAY NO, IF YOU ARE TOO BUSY TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU AGREE ON, JUST SAY IM SORRY I CANT!
Ignoring calls, emails, and being very rude to people who are already facing alot shouldn't also be treated like this by someone hired to help them. That is taking advantage of low income families, in vulnerable situations. Terrible!!

Edit: Take note everybody, if you call Chris expect to be charged $1000 for virtually 1 hour of work on his end.

Chris is not professional, not time efficient and unable to assist you with your legal matters.

The worst legal representative I've had the displeasure of working with. I hired him and was thoroughly disappointed and overcharged.

Here is an excerpt of an email I sent to him in October 2023, which he never responded to, to give you an idea as to who you'd potentially be working with:

"Claim was completed and filed on February 24th 2023. You were hired on February 16th.

From February 24th to April 6th you were unable to complete an Affidavit of Service. 42 days of nothing being completed.

From April 6th to May 19 you were unable to file for default. 44 days of nothing being completed.
You chose against your clients wishes on the matter. See my June 3rd email; "May 12th came - 36 days after the defendant was served - and you told me over email the default judgement would be made on Monday, the 15th of May. On May 17th I asked you over email if the default judgement was filed but no one replied. Then on the 19th of May you told me about REDACTED's offer. "

From May 19 to June 4th you were unable to negotiate with REDACTED. 17 days of nothing being completed.

From February 16th to June 4th - 109 days - you have completed one thing; filing a claim.

Yet you are charging me over $1000 dollars. I do not accept or believe this is fair or professional in any way shape or form, from conduct to calculations."
