I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Bob from GVR Law. Communication was extremely poor through the process. The meetings in person were rare and I did not feel that my case was given proper attention or handled with the level of professionalism I expected. During an important hearing Mr. Bob decided to quit. The lawyer missed giving me the right advise and suddenly withdrew from the case without prior notice. This unexpected decision left me extremely vulnerable and unrepresented at a critical moment. Unfortunately, I did not feel well -represented or confident in the legal strategy. I would not recommend this lawyer under any circumstances based on my experience.

Woefully inadequate!
It has been almost 3 years since the supposed conclusion, of an ongoing dispute, with my Strata Council. Release Forms were drafted up, amendments were made, then submitted back to paralegal. Paralegal, "apparently", submitted the amended forms to opposing counsel. Opposing counsel, "claims", to have NOT received the forms. Despite my numerous attempts to follow up on this matter, the release forms have yet to be finalized and signed. Consequently, Strata Council continues to harrass and bully me; this matter is now before the CRT.
If you are looking for legal representation, GVR law is not it. Save yourself time and money, look for legal counsel elsewhere.
