I took my truck in after an accident. Everyone was professional and very kind, from the estimate to the time of pick up after they finished the repairs. They washed the truck and detailed it before I got it back. Excellent service. I would recommend Grove Collision.

My third time having to take a vehicle to Grove for body work - and Im always more than happy. From the time I call to schedule in a vehicle to when I pick it up, its always friendly - and super transparent/honest. My car looked so good when I picked it up, all the work was perfect and it was clean and warmed up. Bob is so great, and response time is always outstanding. I found a "small" parking lot ding left in my brand new Ford Edge after work one day. I went to another repair shop closer to where I was working and when they gave me the quote I realized I needed to put it through insurance - as much as I hated to have an insurance claim show up on the car fax. It was a dent on the rear quarter panel tire & wheel. I called insurance and Grove Collision was one of their recommended places. Many years ago I had used them to fix a vehicle and was extremely happy with the results. I stopped in, dealt with Bob who was efficient, thorough & friendly. I was able to drop my vehicle off within a few days. The cost was half the amount, although I do understand insurance rates were at play. I didn't have to go through the hassle of filing a police report. They took care of all of the arrangements with insurance, including my rental vehicle. I was quoted 5 business days. It would have been done early if I wasn't waiting for an answer about something from my insurance adjuster. The work looks great, they were able to color match the white and you can't see where the damage was on my wheel. Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient. I would recommend them any time and would definitely go back if the need ever arises.

I trusted these craftsmen with my "old swallow" Corolla after it was hit in the parking lot. Everything was repaired and restored amazingly, probably no one has seen my car so shiny before, like brand new. Good day. The only thing I would say is that on both occasions when picking up my truck or paying for it, no one no one showed me the work that you did or asked how I liked it. I had to bring it up that certain things weren’t done the first time and the second time still no one came out and showed that they proceeded to finish it properly, it seems like give me your money. Get the hell out experience. I do love the work that you did excellent work experience with staff on the other end of payment and showing your good work. I never got to see.
