I really wish I could remember this young man's name but I was in so much pain and so scared of the dentist it was the last thing I was focusing on. He was great at locating the problem and then making sure to talk me threw every step of the process also taking time to make sure I was comfortable even tho it added time to the appointment . In the long run what would of been surgery ended up taking under an hour and me finally not being in crazy pain . If I knew I was gonna get this young man ax my dentist I may not of put off the dental work that got me into this . Great read on patients body language and amazing bedside manor . Ten stars easily

never again. had a better experience in mexico then at my local dentist. Got a filling done 1.5 year ago… it fell out now their saying I need a root canal and their blaming me meanwhile they did the filling that fell out…
the next day a dentist in thunder bay fixed the filling they couldnt fix without doing a root canal which they originally did

Oh man I had the worse time at this dentist the two morons that worked with me nearly killed me.
First the dentist freezes my tongue after repeatedly being warned not to and she still does.
Secondly I had a cavity on the top molar and that was my only problem until I went to this dentist, she starts working on my bottom tooth the WRONG TOOTH and she's using her drill and drilling the wrong tooth and I'm wondering what is this lady doing? And than her and her partner look at each other and I catch that look and see that they knew they messed up so she goes back to work on my top molar without fixing the new problem she created! After that visit my new problems are truly horrible and the pain I am in is just horrible.
Thirdly the front office secretary books appointments without telling you or leaving any messages anywhere and than when you miss it because they didn't tell you they blacklist you or ask to pay them money to rebook your next appointment.
There mistakes cost me $$$$

Male dentist hits wrong muscle and nerve when sticking needle in cheek and gums giving the worst pain ever felt and when trying to open mouth wide cannot open wide and can't even keep mouth open and then had to cancel the appointment due to pain that they caused and still have to pay for the appointment that was canceled
