I received a speeding ticket for $198 and 3 demerit points. Someone recommended Randy to me, so I contacted him and provided all the necessary information. He assured me that I would not have to pay any fines or lose any demerit points. However, they did not contact me again, and when I reached out to them, they informed me that they would handle the case before the court date and keep me updated. A month before the due date, I received an email stating that my fine had been reduced to $126, but the 2 demerit points remained. I was disappointed because I felt I could have achieved the same outcome by representing myself in court and saved the legal fees. Regrettably, I will not be using their services again.
