We had an absolutely incredible experience with this firm! Both Dan and Katie were so extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and on top of the ball throughout our purchase of our condo. We moved very quickly and they kept up pace (better than we did), even through curveballs. They even caught mistakes numerous times made by the Sellers’ side and pushed to get them corrected each time. We would go with them time and time again. Thank you Dan and Katie, you are amazing!

I do not have any experience with lawyers prior to this, but over all Katie and Dan provided quick communication and protection throughout the home buying process. They made sure I do not sign anything until they reviewed and explained them, since I know the seller in person and he kept sending things to me, and pushing me to sign...(he's a nice person but i think he was pushed by his own lawyer and that caused a bit fraction) We had a really tight closing date but Katie and Dan managed to get everything done. I appreciate the service provided.
