I called to ask how much it was gonna cost me to notarize a paper so I could travel with my daughter. They told me $45 when I go to pay the bill it was $56. Then she tells me that was the price at the Coquitlam location. Are you freaking kidding me! Same amount of work, different location!

Received a phone call with an apology for the miscommunication and offered me the original price I was told! Thanks for the good customer service.
