Very very helpful people who care about their customers . I have used these folks for insurance in the past and have since gone with a different company for my insurance but they were helpful when I had insurance set up through them and have been helpful any time I have need to use their registry services. Not just a place you take a number and wait in line to speak with someone who sees you as only that . I recently dealt with Bailey who was to speak with on the phone . If you need any registry services would highly recommend the folks at Gold Key . Thank you guys for being awesome.

The service was amazing! Bailey was very helpful and went the extra mile to help us get some birth certificates ordered and delivered, unfortunately Canada Post was/is on strike and it would be extra to ship them or wait on canada post. Thankfully Bailey and the manager helped us with a better deal and made sure to call when they arrived which was actually very fast! Then they worked with my busy work schedule and stayed overtime to make sure we got our children's birth certificates! Thank you so much for a great experience at the gold keys registry!

They asked for more info LOL so here you all go.
Beware this location, makes many extreme mistakes that could cause serious trouble.
Said they registered a vehicle to an old plate(they didn’t actually). Random plate listed on the registration that wasn’t given to us….so who knows where that is?!? Probably on another vehicle gaining tickets under our record.
Took another registry 1.5 hours to fix this mess that this place created. Had to declare this plate destroyed and make a police report. Hopefully they didn’t actually give the plate out to anyone, idiots!!
Unless you cannot drive out of Strathmore, do not go here. Besides this screw up, the team here is honestly always rude, unprofessional and act like “know it alls”. People come to a registry for assistance, act professional.

Worst, and most unprofessional experience I have ever had, went in for a basic license renewal and registration there was a discrepancy on a ticket I had gotten, I was confused seeing as I paid all my tickets online prior to going to the registry, the gentleman who started to help me was fantastic kind, patient and respectful. He had some question to ask a co-worker, I asked her what I should do because I need to get this sorted she then said she would get me a phone number for drumheller courts, I then said it seems like a scam seeing as I just paid my tickets ( no attitude just jokingly) for her then to respond to me lose the attitude, I then said there was no attitude but thank you I will take the phone number and be on my way, she continued to be snarky and rude with me, so I then thanked for writing the phone number down (now with a bit of attitude) said not a lot of people would be capable writing down a phone number the EMPLOYEE then decided to throw paper at me the customer while saying to me DONT come back… I personally would like a sit down with the manager and this employee do discuss the inappropriate behaviour that took place there but I will never go back and I will recommend that everyone take the time to drive to Calgary if they don’t want to deal with that. My mind is blown I have never received such horrible customer service
