On m’a rapidement répondu et de façon très polie et professionnelle par contre leurs prix son deux fois plus élevé qu’avec le notaire donc j’ai décidé de faire affaire à st agate. C’est bien beau vouloir encourager local mais pas au double du prix

Ne retourne pas les appels
Ne répond pas aux courriels
Prix excessivement élevé pour un service médiocre
> 2 mois recevoir nos documents notariés
Nous avons vendu une maison & resté 4 mois en location par la suite. N’à pas pris en charge l’ajustement des taxes et du propane.
Selon moi, nous avons seulement été recus pour signer et payer. Pas d’accompagnement dans une transaction compliquée avec l’acheteuse ni de suivi. J’en suis a ma 5e transaction immobilière et je n’ai jamais vécu ce stress là ni ressenti ce non encadrement.
