I had a great experience with Kevin on my recent ticket, this is my first and he was referred by my friend who has used him for few occasions. He is very responsibly on following up and also provides support and very details on the procedures especially I’m new to this. He sent follow up emails on the status such as trial date and the outcome. I just got a call from him few days ago and with this wonderful news before Christmas that he has won the case. My family and I have been using G.I.R. Legal Services for almost 5 years since January 15 2019. We has been involved with 7 cases in these years and G.I.R has helped us to won them all successfully.

I like to use their services is because I am very busy on my jobs. It will be more costly if I need to go to court to deal with the case by myself. The way G.I.R. handle the case is very straight forward and high efficiency. Except the first time in Jan 15 2019, I have never needed to spend time go see the lawyer to discuss the case. I just simply sent them the copy of the documents and maybe some pictures I took at the scene. Then wait for the further instructions/quotation regarding the case. Once the payment settle, I only need to wait for the email return with the winning news.

The lawyer Kelvin is a professional law game player. He knows what he is doing and what information he needs to help the client to win the case. I know he doesn’t like to spend time on none necessary things. He is quite straight forward. You simply answer his questions which is good enough for him to help you for the cases. I know ppl always feel they have a lot of things can tell and think they are all important, but the fact is when you are in the court you may not even have a chance to mention anything about it. It just like when the prosecutor ask you to answer a question with YES or NO. They just need to hear the answer with either one.

Once G.I.R takes the case, I don’t care they said how many percent they can win the case. So far what I know is they will always return with the good news mentioned that:” We were successful in having the offense against you Dismissed. It means that we won the case 100% as if no tickets were issued ever. These charges will NOT appear in your driving record.”

I had a disappointing experience at G.I.R. Legal Services Professional Corporation. When I visited their office to inquire about something, I encountered an employee who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Despite my attempts to engage in a conversation, the individual made offensive gestures and used inappropriate language. This behavior left me feeling shocked and uncomfortable. I was hoping for professionalism and courtesy, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations

They deliver! 5 star for sure for the end result. Of course one can’t win all cases, but they won mine which I know is a hard one. If I am unfortunate enough to get more tickets, they are my top choice. PS, attitude may not be the best, but they are way more serious in terms of taking the cases, setting realistic expectations comparing with the other ones.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible team, especially Kelvin Cheng. He will give you different information all the time and will not listen to your concerns. Didnt help with my case at all. Honestly, don't understand how they are still in business.
