I would enthusiastically recommend Genevieve for probate and will-related matters to friends. I worked with Genevieve after my father unexpectedly passed without a will. I know how problematic an estate can be without a will, but her firm navigated that tricky situation with surprising speed.

She had a probate application ready in about a month and was clear in identifying what documents I needed to collect from banks and various government offices to move forward. Her office was available to help speak to those institutions if necessary. Dealing with so many different bureaucracies in the estate process can be exhausting and I would get stalled, but Genevieve reminded me to keep going.

I have (unfortunately) dealt with estates for several family members, and have worked with several lawyers over the years and in my experience her fees are quite reasonable in the field, especially given the quality of service I received from her. Given how tricky dealing with wills and estates can be, I have learned that you get what you pay for, and that skimping on legal fees can cause you no end of headaches and emotional anguish later on. Genevieve is thorough, prompt, and professional.
