If I could give FYI 10 stars I would! I am a local teacher who was able to secure a free eye appointment and free glasses for a deserving student with FYI's "Better Sight, Better Grades" program. Everyone there was lovely and helpful, and my students felt welcome, comfortable and excited to finally get some new glasses. What a wonderful program! Thank you FYI!

My dealings with FYI in Berwick, Nova Scotia has been excellent. The optometrist's have demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, dedication and personal attention.
The office staff have shown they are also professional and courteous.
They are always willing to help you to maintain your glasses by making adjustments as required.

Visiting from the US and broke the arm off of my glasses. Staying with my sister and she brought me to FYidoctors in Berwick, NS. The staff went over and above to assist me. My frames are on springs and I didn’t think there was a hope to have it repaired. I’ve had the same frames for at least 10 years and have only replaced my lenses over the years. Not only were they able to repair them on the spot, they didn’t charge me a dime! Great service and super friendly staff.

Had an appointment for choosing glasses. It was quick and easy even with the additional COVID19 precautions. All my options were presented clearly with suggested options pointed out that pertained to my specific prescription issues for lenses. They even cleaned my current glasses while waiting. My dad needed a few extra visits at the FYI in Berwick to accommodate his glasses not fitting properly as he has an illness that prevents him from holding his head up as well as needing a lot of prisms so his glasses were heavy and kept falling off his face. After the 3rd visit, we sat with Justin who was not only kind and gentle with my dad but was so knowledgeable and helpful in finding the proper pair of glasses for him. Justin went above and beyond to help my dad! Thank you again Justin for your kindness!

I took my daughter in to FYI Berwick to get a new pair of glasses. Justin helped us pick out a pair that suited her face perfectly! I was so impressed with his knowledge of which pairs fit best, that I decided to ask him to help me pick out a pair of glasses as well! I Love the ones he suggested!! I live in Wolfville and have my exams done there, but I will always travel to Berwick for his help purchasing new glasses.

I really recommend FYidoctors- Berwick.I received exceptional customer service.All staff members were accommodating,friendly,and made my experience a pleasure.I felt very lucky to have the opportunity to work with Justin on the important details necessary in choosing the best lenses to meet my needs.He was very patient and thorough.His attention to detail was commendable.I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products and his exceptional delivery made me feel at ease . He went over and beyond the call of duty to give me extraordinary customer service on all my visits.He is a real asset to his employer or any company fortunate enough to have him. Two days ago I was expertly helped by Dispensary employee Jane. She listened carefully to my comments, and set me up with the lenses and frames most appropriate to my needs and budget. HOWEVER, one big hitch: the computer she was using was antiquated, and running on Windows 7. Along with running on an internet network, this caused a huge delay when the power button was accidentally touched. We waited for ten minutes for it to get Windows and by the time I left it hadn't appeared. PLEASE GET YOUR SHOP SERVED BY UP TO DATE COMPUTER EQUIPMENT so that your staff can serve customers in a timely manner! This really is not optional.
