Don was involved in our mediation. We had initially started our separation, the more traditional method, over a year before we decided to use "Fresh Start Mediation". His method was more clear & concise. We were able to finalize an agreement in a realistic time frame. Don is the person I recommend in handling one of the most difficult periods one can encounter. This company is incredibly unethical. Do not provide them with any personal or financial information. They falsely represent their services and they are completely unaccountable once they take your money.

They do not have the knowledge, expertise or experience to provide guidance in legal matters and their gross incompetence causes more problems than they solve.

This company should not be allowed to operate. They prey on people who are already in vulnerable positions and convince them that Fresh Start is an easier option than court. What they don't tell you, is that IF they are even able to broker some kind of agreement, you still have to file everything yourself and basically go through the entire legal process again. They also claim to have "agreements" between both parties, when they, in fact, do not. There is absolutely no recourse once you have paid them your deposit.

Elizabeth at Fresh Start Mediation truly walks the talk! She has a heart of gold and truly shows compassion for her clients. She accompanied her client that she referred to us, on every call and meeting, to support the client and be their advocate. She goes way above and beyond in her grace and support and it's clear that this is actually Elizabeth's norm. She made herself available, she took great care with her client and with her own research and was always present and mindful. Divorce is such a difficult process and an emotionally charged one too. We need an ally and a guide and Elizabeth is that and more!
