Recently I visited Melanie at Freedom Wellness Muskoka. I had two partial knee replacements in the last year and having a lot of issues with my recovery! I had a session of the ion foot detox, while I was having that treatment Melanie did frequency healing on both my knees which were very swollen and both had water retaining below bursitis and a bakers cyst. The next day my swelling and fluid had gone down a great deal! Melanie is very calming and explains every step of the way, how everything worked ! I would recommend this treatment and the experience with my freedom Wellness !

I have known Melanie many years and wanted to try it out. I reached out and Melanie answered all my questions. It was really cool to watch the water change colour. I am not as tired anymore and have more energy. She explained all the different colours and the meaning of them. I was visiting for a week and needed to continue supporting my healing and yoga practices. I LOVED Melanie's beautiful and clear style of yoga instruction. Also, as a cancer patient, I've integrated natural with traditional health practices and it was important I continue to heal my body and so did an ION foot bath to detox my body, my liver etc. Holy smokes..the stuff I could physically see come out was incredible...fat, sugar, heavy metals and one small blood clot! So gross and so fascinating.
