I had the opportunity to be a client of Foster LLP. I would recommend this law firm if you have the proper budget set up, my reason to put that at the start of this review is simply "having good lawyers is not cheap". I was privy to working with a junior lawyer, who I believe one day will be a partner. Based off the results I received with my legal matters, I felt a bit unsatisfied (but to hold myself accountable, I have a bit of a big heart which is a downfall) and after learning more about how these services work.
I feel that if I had projected a better budget, had more financial backing, that everything I was seeking would have been resolved.
This is why I stress that you need to have a proper budget, because Foster LLP has quite the high-level team that can deal with all legal matters. They are very professional, to me they are very high level and ultimately if you have the proper money they will back you (pretty sure this is applicable for every legal).
I would highly recommend this group, it is because they gave me quite a bit of breaks when I needed them, they were understanding (but you have to stay within the boundaries of logic and not emotion), they were thorough and perhaps maybe, if I was smart enough I would have budgeted better.
To be very honest this group is great at what they do, they keep it within their profession and that is why they are a highly recommended legal group.
Please approach with the utmost respect, logic and understanding of the process of having a lawyer.
So I would recommend them to you because Foster LLP was kind of between a rock and a hard place but at the end of the day, with what I presented to them. I feel very satisfied because I wasn't just left alone in the dark. They worked really well with me and if I had more financial backing on my end (that's accountability) then I would have continued to use them.
So by all means if you need a good team backing you in the legal realm, I recommend Foster LLP.

I am involved in a complicated family law matter involving my two young children. Jillian Hegberg was my first lawyer and I want to highly recommend her, and the firm. My matter will take many years to resolve and the work Jillian did on my case was exceptional, intelligent, compassionate and forward thinking. Although I am with a different firm now, my current lawyer continues to praise the work she did to assist me and my children, and to approach the matter always considering the best interests of the children. She would explain possible outcomes of her suggested directives so we always remained on course with my objectives. Additionally, the firm was responsible with cost and accounting, and took accountability for potential costs to me and my family given the breadth of legal matters to address. They were always upfront with costs. Ms. Hegberg's assistant was also extremely hardworking, conscientiousness, intelligent and organized. I searched different review sites when I first needed a lawyer to work with, and found them helpful so I wanted to return the favour for any mother struggling with parenting order issues. Overall, I had a good experience at Foster LLP with Leigh and her assistants. Leigh definitely took the time to listen to me and did an excellent job on what I needed from her. Her assistants were always timely in responding and worked with me and my questions when necessary. The process took a little longer than I expected and I did need to email a few times for updates, but it was always well received and everyone was very kind.
