I highly recommend Sania Chaudhry.She is empathic, kind, professional and very knowledgable. She is able to formulate well researched and thought out arguments for her clients. BIPOCs should be aware that they do have a chance at proving their cases of discrimination, that unintentional or unconscious bias counts as discrimination in the legal tests (something that many lawyers also either are unaware of or unable to see due to their own privilege), and that if we take an approach informed by lived experiences and social science research on how bias plays out, we can succeed.
