If I could give you 0 stars I would , I crew Came out to harrow Ontario, due to floods in our area , they where in our home no more then 3 hours cutting our SOME drywall and putting down air dryers and dehumidifiers also spray a disinfectant, and we where great full, but on there invoice they claimed they did Way more and I mean way more then they did now we are stuck fighting with our insurance company to recoup that money that first General is trying to bill for that's all false . Do you people not care the more money you charge for services you DIDNT DO the less we get to redo our basement.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They were here in less time than quoted, had an action plan in place and started pumping water in less than 10 minutes after they arrived. Walked me through the process step by step and never left me guessing. Recommend them to anyone that needs restoration work done!

We called first general a month ago to come do an estimate for us. Anthony came we have called 4 times in the last 2 weeks and keeps telling us he is working on it. Everytime we call he is sitting at the desk cant be as busy as he claims. I have filled out the satisfaction survey and went to head office. Poor customer service and poor response time. If they dont have time to put numbers on paper in a timely fashion or at least be honest when they can deliver that information I wouldnt recommend them to do any work for anyone either. I am moving on with my business they have wasted enough of my time.

I called this business 3 times to set up an appointment to have mould testing done because we have been having issues with leaks. Each person took my information and stated I would receive a call back. On my 4th call, when I called to see when someone was coming as I was not called back, they tell me they don't do mould testing. The website says they specialize in mould. Not one person prior to the last call informed me that they do not test for mould.
