Back in 2019 I reached out and hired this firm to help me reduce a year long driving prohibition. As a 22 year old at the time, I didn’t know much about how the system worked. After 6 months of pushing the court date forward, I didn’t understand what was happening and why it was taking so long to come to a decision. My driving infractions were from common tickets accumulated. But then it hit me, I’m getting dragged along by the firm because each court appearance by my lawyer was money in their pocket. Nearly $10,000 later, my 1 year was reduced to 1 month. I was told by friends they had known people to get out of real criminal charges for $3000. In hindsight, if I tried to reason with the judge on my own behalf I might have been able to lower it to a few months, still saved at least 6 thousand dollars with taking ubers for a few months. The judge was actually very reasonable and had a good heart.

I wrote this not to slander the firm or lawyer, but to let people know the type of people who are out there. Cold blooded lawyers who will take $10,000 out of the pockets and future of a 22 year old kid just because they were in the fancy building making it sound like you were in the right hands. I would advise anyone in a bad situation for the first time to look elsewhere for help. This situation has never sat right with me but I know it was my own mistake getting taken advantage of. Even the devil was once an angel.

I was in the verge of getting my driver license taken away for a full year from a stupid act of driving while having with a suspended license. I reached out to Filkow Law seeking their advice. After hearing advice from Paula, I was assured I was in good hands with someone that is professional and deliciated to her profession. I was informed every step of the process and didn't need to appear in court so I can focus on my daily life. In conclusion , my sentence was reduced to only a small fine and 2 month suspension from driving rather then maximum fine of $2000 and full 12 months prohibit from driving. I just thought I would take a few days after our appellant court date on September 9th to allow the extraordinary elated feeling of relief to settle in after my attorney Anthony Robinson facilitated and delivered an enormous correction in justice with our appeal. The successful reparation was by way of appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada for a previous provincial court decision passed down last December. This correction was orchestrated by Anthony Robinsons ability to rectify a situation that I had to deal with from being previously involved with a different amateur that passes himself off as a lawyer, whom represented me in my initial appearance for the charge imposed on me .

The appeal process is no easy task in fact it is extremely difficult but as a result of Michael Anthony’s skills, knowledge ,determination, research ,and extremely adept acute technique of delivery in the court room I have my freedom of life back again. From my own research and understanding I discovered the percentage of the success rate in the appeal court process is very very small and I feel extremely grateful that Mr. Robinson was successful in achieving this slim possibility. Previously with the initial provincial court decision and being defeated as a result of the flawed effort of the imposter I initially trusted in that case l felt extremely deceived, misled and let down. Prior to my appeal involving and engaging Anthony Robinson to represent me I felt discouraged and disappointed , defeated and upset by the blatant disrespectful abrasive antics of the narcissistic egocentric imposter that represented me before Mr Robinson got involved with my defence. The contrast in dealing with an accomplished and elite attorney such as Anthony Robinson was astonishingly refreshing and the victorious decision Mr Robinson achieved with the appeal has reinstated my peace of mind and relieved an enormous amount of stress to say the least. In the past few months of dealing with Mr. Anthony Robinson I have learned to realize and appreciate the intricacies associated with precision marksmanship in his ability to decipher even the most minutiae details which make the difference and result in achieving success. After this experience I would engage this method of defence far above and beyond any other strategy. In closing I would like to express that I am definitely recommending retaining Mr. Anthony Robinson in full confidence of ability and value. In my opinion his efforts and results were to me heroic. I will admit upon my initial pursuit of the appeal I was very questionable as to the possibility of a positive result but what Mr. Anthony Robinson has done has superseded my expectations and once again left me with a clean slate and a happier positive outlook in life.
