After sorting out some confusion , this company had changed names in North Bay , from Liberty Tax , to Fernhill Tax Advisory . I met Samantha , and she went the distance for me. I have been out of Canada for many years, and Samantha managed to sort out all issues with CRA , putting to rest a 3 year battle . Wonderful handling of a sensitive and very difficult situation for me, I thank you so very much for your strong efforts and determination to solve these issues. Highly recommended .

Made filing taxes easy with a walk in and drop off set up. When you drop off taxes they make am appointment for you to go in and pick up, sign for the forms, and pay at a later date.
