You are a very bad lawyer, I found out that they sent my 3rd PR but to my old address when I told you with witnesses when you asked me where I want the PR to be sent and I told you to your office and you let me know when you get it, if before it was difficult for me to get the PR, is going to be almost impossible now for people hungry of money that is the only thing that matters , I'll be here in this country without say by to my mother that die and without see my twins brother that I miss so much, I having my first nephew in two months that i dont know when I'll be able to see, is not about the money I paid you, is about the terrible job you did and ruined everything. I won't delete this.

2 years ago, I found out about the Fernandez Law by searching lawyers in Windsor, I went through comments in review and decided to work with them for our immigration case. Hi there just to let you know that you called me and you’ve been very rude to me without explanation of what you were mad for? I paid you 2000 dollars to extend my mom visit visa and that should include getting reported and requiring documents you lied to me first of all as you promised me and my mom to get her extended multi visa for 5 years and then when we came in to sign you said I can only extend for 6 months after I already paid 1000 dollars I do have proof of that and after I paid you 2000 now you asking me to pay 150 for her medical records? So what you did just submitted the application that I can do myself online with just $100, just to let you know that you didn’t do anything and I will pay the $150 as this amount compares nothing against what I paid to you put you will have very bad review from me because lawyers should not lie, you promised something at the beginning and charged people half of the amount and when they come to pay you promised them something else. Don’t contact me anymore I will provide you with the receipt once I have it was very bad experience dealing with you and your rude customer staff. Any farther insulting and rudeness will be taken farther action.

I would not recommend anyone to use this law firm there are many professionals in Windsor that wont lie, steal or mislead you. I went to this firm for a divorce in 2018 the judge granted my divorce in 2019 and until 2021 bills are still coming to my house for services I did not ask for nor need. Please I am advising anyone that may want to use this firm to check your bills as they come because she will charged you for services that you don't want or need. She will also try her hardest to run up the time you spend in her office to bill you more. Anyone that have a house she will advice you to sell it and put the money in a trust never do that because they will continue to draw from that account until you are left with little or none. Also she will always try to put the case off and stretch the divorce out for her to get more money. Also, know the law and what you are entitled to prior to hiring her because she will not tell you all that you could receive, i was entitled to child support, private pension a car and she didn't tell me that. In my experience she is not professional, she lies, misleading, unreliable nor does she have your back nor will she properly represent you. Finally protect yourself, I wish i did.
