My husband and I were going to buy a sold-by-owner house that was utilizing this lawyer to handle the legal side.

When it was time to send the deposit for the home, the lawyer seemed to have no issues with the fact that my husband was the one on the purchase agreement, but the deposit came from my account, however when the deal fell through and we required our deposit back, suddenly he was "uncomfortable" sending me my $10,000 back because I wasn't the one who was on the purchase agreement...why did you have no issues with receiving the deposit from my account then, Timothy?

At the time this review is being written, Fedy Law has made no effort what-so-ever to contact us or inform us of their hesitation to send us the deposit back, the only reason I have any updates on where the heck our money is is because I asked my realtor. Also, I have called the office on multiple occasions and have never gotten through to anyone or had a voicemail returned.

Avoid Fedy Law at all costs.

After waiting almost 60 days for my earned commissions to be received, when the industry standard is less than 5 days, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication or interest Mr. Fedy placed on directing payment to my brokerage. I dropped by his office on several occasions to find his office was always closed. I left several messages on his voice mail and sent many emails with very minimal reply from Mr. Fedy. When he did reply, his comments were brief and vague. I am shocked with Mr. Fedy's lack of concern and poor response.

It took Mr Fedy 24 days to pay our company when the industry standard is a couple days. When we inquired, he neglected to return our phone call. I place a high value on prompt customer service and communication. Therefore I cannot recommend him on this basis.
