Absolutely terrible and unprofessional. Worst experience ever. The lawyer I retained did not make me a priority whatsoever. She was rude, called me by the wrong name, didn't reply to my emails for months at a time, constantly lied to me so I would send her own emails back to her & she would ignore me. It seemed as though she was working for my ex instead. She should go back to school & refresh her learning as she clearly has no idea what she's doing or talking about. Do not recommend at all.

I am not sure how much we can write here but have lots to say about my experience with Falls Law! Overall I don't think i can really articulate how great it was. I'll just try to explain a few brief reasons why I would never consider using any other lawyers and why i am so grateful I found Falls Law and why I feel so fortunate to have had their help!
The other year i needed much more then just legal representation for a family court matter, I also needed tons of advice and guidance while my family dynamics were being completely reshaped and I was learning to handle an incredible difficult situation in my family dynamics. Jay Herbert was much more than just a lawyer at times and even tho he was not required to he provided much needed support and guidance as I had to make one difficult choice after another and each time I faced a new step on the journey, Jay was always ready and always knew exactly what i needed to learn and what I had to do to be successful in creating the best outcome for my children and their future. Countless times over the year and a half we were in court Jay and his staff consistently went over and above the tasks required of them and provided me with far more help than i felt they truly had to!
Court finished and the best outcome had been achieved but life doesn't always work the way we want it to, and recently new reasons to go back to family court appeared very suddenly and unexpectedly and when I turned to Falls Law again, they were immediately helpful and resolved my most urgent issues faster and more efficient than I had thought should have even been possible! It should be noted that even tho Jay Herbert is technically on parental leave right now with a brand new child, he still responded to my needs in the middle of a weekend and as soon as the court house was opened after the weekend his staff and Cara Valiquette were prepared and my matter was addressed immediately. When I was worried about payment it should be noted that when i tried to address the issue of the money with Cara she quickly told me that we would work that issue out after and that it was more important to focus on the current matter as immediate action was needed and the financial part could be resolved satisfactorily after the more important issue of my childrens safety was taken care of first! So basically Cara and Falls Law and everyone there was way more concerned with the safety of my children then they were about their own finances and even their free time as Jay Herbert responded to me on a weekend while on leave with his newborn and over the next week i watched as Cara and the rest of the staff worked all hours to resolve my issue. Spending time on the phone and filling out forms and tracking down information for me after hours when by all rights they should have been at home relaxing and i should have had to wait and complete things during business hours!
Overall everyone at Falls Law went well over and beyond any expectations I could possibly have and my experience could not have been improved on in any way! I am very grateful for the extra attention and consideration I was given and will never be able to thank Falls Law enough for all they have done! Thank you Falls Law and thank you Jay Herbert and thank you Cara Valiquette!
