Moe is a great guy! He helped me out big time by filing a last minute income tax return on Christmas eve when every other place was closed. Because of this, I was able to avoid having to pay back over $3000 of OSAP grant money, which would have converted into a loan.

I used Moe for many years, on a couple of those years he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I still kept going because he had all of my information so I thought it’s just easier. This year as I opened a small business I spoke with him several times about the circumstances around opening my business and being closed 6 weeks later due to the restrictions put in place 20/21. We communicated on email a couple of times regarding this also. I explained to him I’ve never done business taxes before, he told me to call him and he would walk me through it. I then called him, he screamed and yelled at me and gave me a quote of $400 more than the previous quote he gave me. He wouldn’t allow me to speak or explain anything, just kept yelling at me and denying the things he had already wrote in email. A friend was able to refer me to someone else, also a small business owner. I will never ever return to Fair Tax. Not only is Moe dishonest, he’s unhinged.
