Called to seek counsel. Spoke with the receptionist who took all of my detailed information but then informed me that she was "going on holidays" and would get back to me within a few days of returning from said holidays. I have not heard from the office since. If you are seeking counsel, I would highly recommend avoiding this place. If they can't even manage a callback, how are they going to handle your legal matter?

Worked with Greg Evans for 3.5 yrs on collaborative separation/divorce agreement and he was more interested in getting the best outcome for my ex than helping me, which is what he did. Ended up filing a complaint with MB Law Society and they suggested I sue him for Ethics Violations (not going to waste more money on him). Avoid at all costs!

I have been making every attempt to keep my daughter in my life.
I have been drained of resources for over a month and got very little done Basically, zero progress was made on my file and my lawyer just talked in circles in every correspondence, which cost me about $30-$50 per email, no matter short or lengthy the correspondence was. I asked for them to be more clear and make statements in more definite terms, which was too much to ask. My lawyer was a fresh hire and at the very beginning of her (I hate to say career) job.
$1500 and over a month, zero progress made on getting my child back into my life. They failed to take payment on the date they said they were to take payment. They mishandled my information and I had to resend it multiple times, to which I got charged money for them replying to me telling me that I need to send them my payment information, which I had delivered multiple times beforehand. They admitted to miscommunication in there office, which still resulted in my being charged.
At the end, I notified them that if they took the rest of the amount owed I would be left with no way to get by to my next payday, which I had just received a paycheck from work. I notified that a payment schedule would be best, moving forward. They ignored and left me with nearly no money. Retainer funds are not returned to me.

I have an ocean of customer service skills compared to their dirty pond of care/customer service.

Your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere.
