Just reading the reviews, this company is a third party that TD Bank hired to collect money. I have been communicating with TD about my account the whole time I lost my job there should be something that can be done rather than being sent to 3rd party. Especially without telling their clients what's going on. It almost seems like I'm being frauded and if I pay this money I don't know where it's going. I spoke to TD about my concerns. They did not care, they still said call this place. I really hope I am not being played!

Recently, I talked to my banker and noticed that my COVR Report is outdated, I called in regarding updating my company information. Waited for 30 minutes, then got someone on the line. The person on the line did not know what to do, transferred me to another person, the other person did not what to do and transferred me to another person. Then the call got dropped and I just wasted 45 minutes of my time.

I have called numerous times and written multiple emails. They refuse to stay in contact and have proper communication. When telling me an issue will be resolved Monday of this week and then never hearing from them again.

They won’t return calls or emails and have gone completely silent.

Likely stringing along so fees will go higher.

Absolutely terrible.

This business is the epitome of going through the motions - why the Ontario government partners with them hopefully has to do with nepotism - there can be no other reason someone would willfully choose an organization like this to represent them.

Everything is confusing, the website, their phone prompts. When you finally talk with someone the tell you they can't help you and transfer you to someone else. You will eventually end up on someone's voicemail, never to receive a call back. As a consumer, it seems we have little choice.

Gave them -0 star but it was not allowing me to post without selecting 1 star .
I have very bad experience with this company. The call agents are trained efficiently . I wonder wo is the one who is giving them training. No one knows which department process which request. I have applied for name change of my company . It take 1 to2 days but I have been charged and no one still knows what i have applied for . The lady on the phone tells me to fill application attach name search and name reserve fee payment receipt and email it casualuser@.... which i did . But this department did even look for the application i have made and asked me to pay more money for which they even do not know for. Still in between the calls and emails and my company name has not been changed yet.
