Preya exhibits unprofessional behavior and has an egoistic personality. She avoids direct communication with clients, delegating all interactions to an inexperienced front desk receptionist. When we requested to speak with Preya, she consistently refused and instead focused on demanding fees, which were significantly higher than the industry standard. As a result, we ended up paying double for subpar, unprofessional service. Be cautious with this law office!!!
