Well I had called and within a very short time period had received a call back which I found impressive. No receptionist taking my info for a clerk with a wait time to only hear back from the clerk to repeat this process and take my info for a lawyer only to find out I needed to pull my credit card out, nope. Shari called me in person, heard me out and answered my question and guided me appropriately immediately. Although I cant say everyone will get as lucky as I did I can say it was a great experience.
