We were having a problem with leakage from our cistern into our basement. After getting the cistern repaired, we called Neale at Elemental Restoration to look after the mold problem and restore the walls.We also had water seepage in the cold cellar. From the first call to the completion of the jobs, Neale was professional, extremely informative, and on time to have the jobs completed. Neale's assistant Dave was also courteous and polite. Very responsive! I had concerns about mold because my son has some health issues. Neal was very responsive and came out very soon after our initial call. I was worried that I may have to tear my house down to the studs but Neal reassured me that everything they found was very manageable. We did do a couple of level 1 remediations as well as testing. Neal took the time to explain everything and how to keep air quality at it's best in our home. He checked out the venting of our cold cellar and found that it was closed off. All in all some very easy fixes and no scare tactics. Very honest and reassuring. The guys were careful and polite. I would use them again and recommend to anyone that has a potential mold issue.
