Efrayim Moldofsky helped us with a traffic violation where we could have got a 30-90 day licence suspension which would have crippled our family due to our medical situation. We were recently faced with some legal issues and were desperately seeking answers. This matter was not only hard emotionally, mentally, but also financially. This was the livelihood of our family and we were willing to do what it takes to have it resolved. I understand that we win some and we lose some but we were confident going in and had high hopes. Unfortunately we did not receive the outcome we wanted and were now out thousands of dollars.

After reflecting over the situation these past few months what bothers me is the fact that they backed our argument that was presented with such confidence. Making us feel comfortable to fork up thousands right before Christmas. Also, the fact that although we paid when expected. The lawyer on our case was working on it just hours the night it was to be submitted before midnight. This has frustrated me because I feel the time and full effort was not given to our case and was worked on in a rush. And that is just my opinion.

I’m writing this review because I picked this law firm based on the reviews I read. Also based on a recommendation received from another law firm. The law office I first initially contacted was on holidays. Timelines were very tight to pick a lawyer and I guess that is what all parties hope for in these cases.

The lawyer that handled our case was easy to talk to and very informative but he just didn’t get the job done.
