I had Alex Dutka for a lawyer to fight for custody and finances. The whole process took about 2 years to complete given the circumstances with Covid 19. During the entire tenure with Alex we had a very open and positive relationship. Alex was very reasonable, trustworthy and open to communication. Despite a very tough court process with much adversity to reaching an agreement. Alex was clever on looking for solutions to mitigate time and needless diversions. He has no empathy towards his clients, also lacks confidence in court if you want to lose your case or don't care about what happens to your family then hire him he is cheap!!
