Very unprofessional services. You get charged even before you set your foot in the office literally. Paralegal was arrogant and rude in her way to address us. Our questions were not answered but they did send a nice bill. I asked for an explanation of the charges and the paralegal in charge yelled at me over the phone, told me I was not the client ( my husband is and has a hearing disability), she got upset for having to explain things MULTIPLE TIMES as she said. I would recommend anyone to STAY AWAY from that office. Worst paralegal in town.
