Based on personal experience,
I'm relieved that Susan. Duggan is not my lawyer. She has a tendency to escalate communication unnecessarily, creating litigation where it’s not needed, which could cause serious long-term issues for her clients. She has misrepresented facts to the judge, been unprepared with key documents, and lacks the ability to conduct civil negotiations.

Instead of resolving issues amicably, her approach has been to issue threats and engage in endless, unproductive communication—wasting her client's money. Her behavior has been unprofessional, including throwing papers at another lawyer and making unsupported claims.

While she might seem like a cheaper option, the costs add up due to her inability to handle sensitive family cases appropriately. Watching her repeated mistakes in court has at least provided some relief in seeing her approach fail.

She represented my husband, whom the entire time he was participating in full reconciliation with me, she pressured him and I into signing an agreement with threats of court and called me by the wrong name. We had a complete reconciliation days after this. I also had to tell her numerous times (almost every dialogue with her), that she had made tremendous and slight errors in every document she sent me for review. She may be affordable and that's because she does not care in any regard for how she represents herself, both professionally and personally. **This is a Google review and I do not wish to have her feedback or response. Careful: she will want your name and phone numbers posted for all reviews which she attacks saying since she won the other side case, we are pissed. I am actually happy with result, since she represented the other party who tried to threaten with something judge immediately stopped upon first and second proceedings and these threats ended up just costly to her client and empty at the end . She also looses cases, with her client pulled into lengthy court process as she's unable to close the deal without court, negotiating is not her professional ability. This person, being a woman, promotes a father to not pay child support for children and hide his income for that purpose, moreover, she herself can't figure out numbers or does not check or validate information her client gives her even prior to court. Simply repeated everything she was told. She also supports her client lying and exaggerates any issue that parties could amicably resolve otherwise. Very unethical practice, she will not help you to close, you will mostly like end up going to court for that, so save yourself time. I am sure she will respond like to previous feedback that she doesn't have my name last name, phone number, address etc etc to leave truthful google review. Also not interested in her comments here, people have rights to share feedback not to take a risk to engage with such an unprofessional lawyer.

The most honest lawyer I have ever seen .
I had an other lawyer before Duggan Law , she was just money grabber and did not do any thing about my case and kept charging money , after I transferd my documents from her to Susan Duggan she did finish my case with reasonable hourly cost that the other one charged a lot and had no result .
The bottom. Line : if you are looking for a honest and professional lawyer for your family case don't go any where els . She knows her job and cares about her clients.
