My wife and I were in the process of purchasing a vacant lot in the summer of 2024 and timing was in short supply to complete this process. We contacted and spoke with Andrew directly and after only a few minutes of speaking with him, we felt quite comfortable with retaining his services for this purchase. Andrew told us that he would only need two to three days to obtain all of the required information which was well inside the time frame that was asked of us. Very simple website, which is nice and refreshing. They even give prices which is a big bonus in my books. I like the fact you can price compare online. Which makes me trust them even more. It's hard to find a good lawyer and these guys seem on board. I haven't used their services yet. But I know if I have to do anything in Owner Sound I will definitely be checking them out.
