Stood inline for 20mins while a clerk took 20mins looking @ a client wedding pictures, so I got frustrated while having to wait until she finished what she was doing. I'll never will be returning there to do any business. ?

Amber has been looking after our house insurance which is a difficult house situation to get insurance for for many years. Every year she tries to get better deals for us even in the midst of a forest fire near our home. She also takes care of our commercial needs and this year saved us more than 50%

If I could leave no stars I would … the woman who greeted was rude very rude … she was apparently short staffed but the office was full of staff in the offices … phoned in the morning and no call back , sat and waited all day for these people to then tell me they can’t get me insurance for 2/3 days what a joke … wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, needed simple PLPD put on a vehicle .. took my business across the street and was helped beyond measure
