November 13, 2024 at 17:15. The lady in pink shirt who seat on the second position from the left where you get in line. ( only few people there at that time, you can check camera)
She needs to practice her customer service again before sitting there. CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE PLEASE.
I’ve been here three time and unlucky I just met with her. She is never smile at all, and everything that I try to ask her, I feel like she think “why do you ask me this question”. I come here because I need help to get my service done, I don’t know, so that’s why I have to come here and ask you.
Last time, I was afraid to see her again, so I have to drove all the way to Stony Plain to get things done.
I pay for service, you get paid to work here. Why do you have to make people feel unhappy. It’s not only me, my friend did get the same ATTITUDE.
I’ll remove this review, if she change her attitude to customer.

In Spruce Grove, registry services are available inside the Drayden Insurance building. The staff is friendly and helpful, although parking can be tight. Overall, its a good choice for quick and friendly registry services.

Went today at Drayden Registries to get AB health card for my cousin and niece who recently got their approved Work Permit. The lady in the counter is very polite in declining us and was requesting for additional proof of residence. I don’t know why an approved Work Permit is not valid as proof of residence to get an AB health card. Registry need to look on this as they are allowing immigrants with approved Work Permit to work without AB Health on hand. If something happened to them while working, who is liable in paying their hospital expenses. Now we are going to wait for a month to have a bank statement or paystub in order for them to have a health card. It is also stated in the attached document that a valid work permit that is more than 90 days is accepted as Canada residence documents. The approved work permit not only established the legality of approved work and stayed in Canada but it also indicated the province in which it is allowed to work, which in our case is AB with its corresponding proof of address.

This is the most ridiculous place to go do an drivers exam! You charge $160 and fail for the most ridiculous reasons! Just a HUGE money grab!! EVERYTHING good on a test but fail because they weren't doing exactly 100km in the 100km zone saying automatic fail There is one small section in Stony plain that switches to 100km, I drive that all the time. The amount of drivers that continue to do 80km is more then half. Failing a kid who completed drivers training and telling her that is an automatic failure is greedy money grab. That should have been points deducted. The last time her tire bumped the curb when doing a parallel park and he said Automatic fail as well. How is a young adult supposed to get a job or keep a job if they keep failing her for ridiculous reasons. I know many people who have passed and did worse on their test. Then keep charging $160 What a way to take advantage of our youth!!

With regards to the registry service, there are staff here who should not be public facing. I won't call them CSR's as it appears they don't actually believe in basic customer service. Very disappointed in the way they treat their elderly customers. Hiring additional staff might be an idea so there are more than 3 spots open when there are dozens of people in line (the wait for "service" was over 40 minutes).
