My wife suggested I visit Dr. Adams regarding some ongoing back issues I’ve been dealing with for years. I was reluctant to try a Chiropractor having used Physiotherapy exclusively for years, but am I ever glad I did! I can’t imagine going without a visit to Dr. Adam’s now. A couple of years ago I had a serious back injury which for the most part was resolved with surgery and chiropractic. I had lingering muscle tightness and ongoing pain for which I was referred to Dr. Adams. Dr. Adams completed a proper assessment and formulated a great treatment plan which included acupuncture, adjustments and soft tissue therapy. Dr. Adams is very well skilled and has great knowledge. She provided me with stretches and exercises that I could do at home to fasten my recovery. Over a few months she drastically improved my quality of life and I was able to continue work pain free. Her treatment plan was simple, precise, and I felt we were on the same page. I have since been pain free for about 7 months. She was also extremely accommodating to my busy schedule. I highly recommend her!! Thank you so much Dr. Adams!!!

I recently became a client of Dr. Adams, she gave me a thorough assessment and clearly explained what she could do for me. I felt she cared and wanted to help. She gave me a few manipulations and for the first time in almost two years, she gave me hope. I have been seen by several different medical people, to no avail.
In just 4 visits the pain subsided immensely and as a result, I am walking well, take very few pain medications and sleeping much better.
Every week my health improves and I am looking forward to summer being happy and healthy again.
I am very grateful and highly recommend Dr. Adams.
