I had an appointment set for today....and the office was locked up, instructions posted on door said knock upon arrival, which I did and called multiple times (I was there early and waited roughly 45 minutes) after appointment time before I left) No answer to knocking, phone calls and no explanation as to why he wasn't present for my appointment. Finally answered the phone hours later, and gave no explanation or solution other then I'm sorry, I am here. I am just appalled, as the other person attending my appointment had to drive in from out of town and leave, now I have no idea how I'm going to get the paperwork I need done.

Represented me and fought for me as hard as he could. Went above and beyond from day one. I highly respect and recommend Mr. Thomas. Always has a moment for his client in need no matter the day or time. He works none stop on his cases. I have even received calls with questions on weekends when his office is closed but he is still there working hard.

Was named executor for my father's estate, which is still ongoing after 5 years largely due to his incompetence and poor work ethic. He's unresponsive and moves at a snail's pace even when he has all the information to close this out.

I got to his office just before closing time at 4:55 pm but Douglas took his time after hours to help notorized a document I needed.
That is called good service! I would highly recommend Douglas.

Well...... He was hired for a child custody case and instead of fighting for his client he went with whatever the respondents lawyer said and did so he didn't actually have to do anything, he is not a lawyer that will fight for you.
