I've had nothing but a horrible experience with the Donnell Law Group since I hired Steven Sands . He's dragged out my divorce for almost six years and has costed me $20.000 dollars or my saved money and he just dropped me as a client because I confronted him on his lousy representation regarding my case . I highly recommend staying away from this firm unless you want to lose your money with no results . I'll be reporting this firm to the Law Society of Ontario . Stay away from these guys unless your willing to gamble your life's work and finances away for zero results

I hired Donnell group and his Lawyer Kevin took the case to court and filed the wrong paperwork for the situation I was in. He helped himself to the money held in trust and to this day I'm still not amicably divorced. He went into Court without knowing exactly what he was doing and preparing properly and still wanted to be paid. The judge told Kevinbhe file the wrong form. I'm sure Ian Donnell was told an excuse for his poor performance. Poor value and poor service I received. I still need a good lawyer to complete they're failure.

Basically called had a quick session, they said they would contacted me. Nothing not a return call nothing totally ghosted me. Talked to the reception said they call back zippo . Have the common courtesy to say return the call it takes 2 mins with a unable to take case etc. . Wow, sounds like maybe they did me a favor here after seeing the reviews. Yikes

Our experience with Donnell Law Group was very rewarding. What was our most stressful and unpleasant experience - Dylan in particular and Law Clerk, Cassidy - were very professional and effective at solving our situation. Dylan's ability to communicate with us and give us peace of mind along the way was such a comfort. He put our "problem of a client" and "our clients professional representation" to shame. Talked circles around them, made them pay, and shut the door on their arguments. Cassidy always took our calls and always had answers. This firm is a fraud. Charged a ridiculous amount of money, could not provide proper billing statements and all around did not do their job. Iain is not a reputable lawyer and I would not recommend anyone using this firm. And if anyone has had issues file a complaint to the law society.
