Totally unprofessional and the receptionist was rude as hell. My appointment was originally booked for 2:30 but they called me to come in earlier at 1:30. When I showed up at 1:25 pm the receptionist was just rude asking me same question 3 times as I am dumb. My mortgage specialist had spoken with the lawyer Ron over the weekend to ensure the paperwork is ready as the bank send the papers couple days ago. However on arrival the paperwork was not ready and the receptionist kept giving me attitude as if I have miscommunicated. And the lawyer took 3 people in before me who came without appointment and kept asking me to wait. Do not recommend them at all if you value your time.

If you are a newcomer in this province and you need a lawyer, please look carefully before you hire someone from this office, especially if will be Ron Schuldhaus.
Years ago, I married a Canadian man in Jasper, someone who I met in Brazil, where I came from.
I didn't speak English at the time, but I signed a "pre-nuptial" after 6 months of marriage.
My husband and his lawyer manipulated the situation and sent me to Shuldhaus' office where I could receive an advise to protect myself before I sign those papers.
Schuldhaus who supposed to meet me, sent someone from his office who asked me to sign those papers, without any translation.
Now I am in a divorce process and I found out that I'm up to lose all my rights because what I signed.
Please, don't make the same mistake.

You have to phone to get any updates and even then they pass the buck. It took Ron a month to sign a document. Tabitha never returns emails. Extremely unprofessional and slow.

Just a bit of information for you: in dealing with a probate documents do not cross out the signatures of the personal representatives on the back of the will, even if you have a pen in your hand. Please refer to Surrogate Rule 16. The probate documents will be sent back and you have to start all over getting the signatures and getting them notarized.

Terrible lawyers! They almost put our family business into bankruptcy because of their bad advice. Also, they advertise mainly in ethnic newspapers because they exploit immigrant's ignorance and fear of the Canadian law system. They use their "whiteness" as some authoritative badge that they're competent. After studying law school, I realized what a botched job they did, how sloppy the work was, and how we spent thousands more than we needed to. There are so many better lawyers out there at a better rate and can do such a better job. Also, if they were so good, why can't they get white clients in the door? Why is it they try to get clients that don't speak English and don't understand the law? I'm crying foul on this sort of racial exploitation. So predatory!

Ron Schuldhaus is an amazing attorney. Helped me tremendously to get out of a business separation without charging me an absurd amount of money that lawyers are known for charging.
