Working with rajesh, even for a short period of time has helped me dramatically. We were able to discuss what was causing my anxiety and gave me multiple exercises to relieve my stress. I gained good experience and have great changes in my health and life. The therapy sessions and meditations helped me a lot, even though it was done online.
