Extremely impressed with this company! Lawyers sometimes get a bad reputation for being impersonal and only being interested in the money they are making from you. That is not the case here. We received a free consultation which was three hours long and very informative. Immediately after, an email detailing all of the lawyer's recommendations for how to proceed which were clearly based on what is financialy best for us, not him. All in all, an excellent experience which was highly informative, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them purely based on their superb customer service and knowledge of the law

Before you take any of these reviews seriously just know that Karla Jarvis is an employee and I don't doubt that more of their employees have given 5 star reviews.

My accidents occurred over 4 years ago and I have only met with Gary Jackson once. They haven't helped me with any of my physio appointments, they have sent me requests for information 5 days prior to them needing it and have made me do most of the leg work for my case. They also said my first offer was almost half of what I was told over the phone. I would never recommend anyone go to this law firm. It has been a complete waste of time... I will most likely be switching lawyers for my case.

Ok food. Long wait times. Be aware if you go on a party of 6 or more, they will charge you automatically 20% gratuity/tip even if you didn't like the service. What's bad and all restaurants do, is that they charge the tip on the entire amount that includes the taxes, which is convenient for them, but a bizare habit. The tax goes to the government, do we tip government now?

On the bright side, there's a beautiful view from the terrace.
