Regardless of the reason, dealing with a law firm can be quite a stressful experience. But this office is the opposite, just a very calming environment.

I dealt with Lisa P and she was excellent. But this review should really be for Carolyn E, who is the paralegal and did most of my work. I am not young, have been a manager for decades, and have never worked with anyone as efficient as Carolyn. She is highly intelligent and on top of everything to an extreme. Her responses to your calls or emails are almost immediate. She has an intricate understanding of her work and if there is a better way or just something you have overlooked, she will quickly and politely let you know. Steps in the process are completed promptly and usually ahead of schedule. And perhaps most importantly, if she isn't 100% sure about something, she doesn't just take her best guess. She will let you know and quickly find out the answer. It is just such a huge weight off your shoulders during a difficult time to know you don't need to worry about your legal matters at all.

I do now realize as I type that this review sounds almost too good, but this team really does deserve these accolades and more, especially when you consider that their prices are extremely reasonable for this quality of work.
