I have had a great experience with this office and the team. They are all knowledgeable, friendly and business focused during the appointment but take the time to make you feel like a valued client. When they are not busy working on you - they are great about being interested in what you are talking about. The office is clean and is to make appointments. Parking is never an issue. I trust the doctor with all my skin needs.

I started with DermaNuva in 2018. I was nervous but Dr. V. was very reassuring and explained all procedures. I am absolutely delighted with the results of all of my treatments. Initially I had many large brown age spots, acne scars and veins showing on my face. Since going to DermaNuva my skin looks great. I feel so much better and I have had many compliments on my skin. My husband says that I look 15 years younger than my age. Thank you Dr. V. and staff.

Unfortunately we did not experience the 5-star experience everyone else has rated this business. After our visit we had to take our son to the emergency at Olds for uncontrollable bleeding, we were then sent to calgary Childrens hospital for the evening and now have more appointments in Calgary with a eurologist.
Dr Van der Vyver provided his number and said "call anytime" if there are any issues. After several attempts to contact the office and his number he has yet to reach out days later, even knowing our 14 day old son spent 24hrs post operation in emergency.
My expectation if he reads this, is to donate the $393.75 we spent at his clinic to the Olds and Calgary Childrens Hospital for all the work they did to help us.
