Called them for info on a broker/agent in Toronto but the receptionist wasn't clear and said that they don't have anything for me. I am not an investment guru or aware fully understanding of the industry, so for her to say that to me was strange. Then she tells me to hold and then John, the president, picks up and asks me if I know where X, ON is. I'm assuming he is making fun of my lack of knowledge of small towns in Ontario, plus the question was unnecessary. He was being rude and condescending, asking "what do you want me to do". He could have politely explained that they don't have any brokers in Toronto to help me.
