I was not disappointed. From my initial phone call to the listed number (on Google), Denny was timely to respond and provided a VERY detailed email with all the steps that are involved in the process including links to YT videos to watch for added info. That's actually what made me decide to work with him for my transaction. I am happy to say nothing fell through the cracks.

My only advise to any potential client is make sure you stay on top of all timelines and deliverables expected from the lawyer and his firm(this is your transaction!). Also ask questions and make sure you are clear on the details of your transaction. I also figure Denny get's very busy so you may need to follow up with Denny or his office for any pending details.

Overall i am happy with Denny's professionalism. He ensured there were no issues and my closing was super smooth.
