I given a referral number and this company's contact details from the Law Society Referral Service (LSRS). The secretary advised me that I would have to choose a junior paralegal for the free 30 minutes. I completed their intake form and set a same day appointment, but it was later rescheduled. When I attempted to log on for the Zoom meeting at the appointed time, I was prompted for a password that was never provided. By the time the paralegal and I connected, I had lost nearly 15 minutes of the 30 minute consultation. The appointment was basically a waste of time as the paralegal was vague and used the majority of the call to sell his services. I was not impressed.
