I do not recommend Maria and her team for real estate transactions. She was very unresponsive and forgot to do an important filing for a transaction which caused me to be penalized. When I mentioned it to the team, they consistently ignored me and did not pay the fine. This was a very unpleasant experience.

Her name was recommended to me and after speaking with her once, she agreed to help me with a property transaction. Sent the contract and never heard back after several attempts. Really unprofessional considering the timely manner of such transactions. Fortunately there are other more reliable RE lawyers out there. Keep in mind when searching for one.

Worse ever! Not reliable at all. This lady was supposed to be helpful and help my mother out with her issue, it's been 3 years since my mother been trying to get her paperwork resolved and she paid the lawyer already too have this all done and over with. This lady ignore my mother's calls and voicemails. And will probably answer if lucky once or twice a month with the excuse saying I'll get back to you or ill pull up your file again still waiting. not reliable at all
